SEATING
The rooms are equipped with three large tables that can be arranged to form a conference table with seating for 10-15 people. Seating and an additional standing table are available. Additional seating can also be arranged.
PRESENTATION & SHOOTINGS
A 75-inch monitor is already part of the existing equipment for presentations. The room can also be emptied or rearranged for photo shoots. A fixed and a mobile flipchart are part of the equipment. Wi-Fi is a given.
PARKING SPACES
There is a parking garage directly opposite. Your guests can park there. The ticket can then be paid for at the Leonardo Hotel, which is also directly opposite.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
The location can be reached on foot within 10 minutes from the Obersendling or Aidenbachstrasse subway stations and the Mittersendling S-Bahn station. There is also a bus stop for lines 53 and N41 directly opposite the Leonardo Hotel.
ACCESSIBILITY
A large freight elevator is available for people with disabilities and as an opportunity to temporarily place heavier items in the rooms.
CATERING & BEVERAGES
Water and coffee are included in the price. If desired, we also offer our guests a delicious finger food menu from our Italian delicatessen, including salami canapés, ham canapés, bruschetta canapés, mozzarella caprese sticks, vegetable pâté canapés and tiramisu for approx. 10 people for around 250,- €.

There are separate toilets and a cloakroom in the entrance area. A large foyer can also be used as an exhibition space or for standing receptions. Even larger and heavier objects can be temporarily placed in the rooms using the freight elevator. Tables and chairs are modular. You can rearrange or remove everything as you wish.

Obersendling is the new “Munich Southwest Valley” – with many new business hotels – easy to reach – also by subway (Obersendling) – by S-Bahn (Mittersendling) or bus (line 53). Directly opposite is the new parking garage of the Leonardo Hotel. Just drive in, park (bottom level) and walk across.
